CAC’s Quick Craft Classes

The Cultural Arts Council of Douglasville/Douglas County (CAC) is proud to unveil a new suite of quick-craft classes perfect for your creative summer fix. Ranging from bedazzled cowboy hats to painted jeans pockets and succulent pots.
The first opportunity to participate is on Friday, July 11th, when Patrice will hold a Succulent Pot Painting workshop for plant lovers. On Wednesday, July 16th, a Summer Door Sign Painting workshop is available, and a Summer Welcome Mat class will be held on Friday, July 18th, for people who want to bring some colorful fun to their homes. Sunday, the 20th, has been selected for the Cowboy Hat Extravaganza, followed by a Blue Jean Pocket Painting class on Friday, the 25th. The final quick-craft session will be the ALL-AGES Fridge Magnet workshop on Wednesday, July 30th.
Instructor Patrice Gates’ quick-craft classes are conveniently held at the Cultural Arts Center located at 8652 Campbellton Street. All of the classes are suitable for people aged 10 and above, except for the ALL-AGES Magnet workshop, which is designed to be fun for everyone.
