The Mirror Lake Community Cookout, hosted by Vice Chair and District 4 Commissioner Mark Alcarez and Douglas County Sheriff Tim Pounds, has been rescheduled. The new date and time are Saturday, June 6,2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lifegate Church in Villa Rica. The event is free and open to the public and promises to be a day filled with fun and fellowship!
